This Affiliate Program Operating Agreement (the "Agreement") between AWEStores corporation and the Affiliate entity or individual, as identified at the end of this Agreement (the "Affiliate"), contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to the Affiliate's participation in the AWEStores Affiliate's Program (the "Program").
Recitals
1.Affiliate desires to use its Site, as defined below, to find potential customers to purchase Products, as defined below.
2.AWEStores desires that Affiliate refer potential customers to its Site.
3.AWEStores and Affiliate desire that Affiliate be paid for its referrals. |
